Once again it is time for the Museum of Art Fort Collins' annual MASKS exhibit and auction. 2024 Masks celebrates the 20th anniversary of the museum's largest fundraiser and community favorite event. Over 270 works of art were submitted by professional artists, crafters, and community members... the variety of styles and creativity displayed in the exhibit make this one of my favorite events at MoAFC! Opening night is Friday, April 5, 2024.
My 2024 Mask "Imperfect Harmony" (above) echoes the topographical design of my 2019 Mask "Higher Ground" (click HERE to see photos of that mask). As usual, this year I documented my creative process, and have included step-by-step progress photos in this album:

Besides a delightful exhibit of diverse, locally-made art, MASKS is also the Museum of Art's largest fundraiser. When you find a mask in the show you can't live without, go ahead and place a bid on it!
